Nikki de León is an artist working between painting, sculpture, and text, exploring structure, color, and contrast. Her practice examines how strength emerges from opposition—her paintings begin from dark grounds, allowing color to gain presence through contrast, while her sculptural works investigate balance and tension. Rooted in a background in architecture and interior design, her work creates spatial compositions where opposing forces coexist.
